Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Securely package the item with all original packaging and include the RA number on the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping Fee:
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
- If approved, we will initiate the refund process to your original form of payment within 3 days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions:
- Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they have been customised or personalised.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
