Return Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Securely package the item with all original packaging and include the RA number on the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Return Shipping Fee:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • If approved, we will initiate the refund process to your original form of payment within 3 days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.

 

 Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges currently. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

 

 

Exceptions:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they have been customised or personalised.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
