  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email with tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Delivery Methods and Times:

We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries, ensuring your package is handled with care and delivered efficiently.

  • UK Deliveres: Estimated within 2 working days from date of dispatch.
  •  Europe: Estimated delivery within 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • North America: Estimated delivery within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

5. Shipping Costs:

  •  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method chosen and the destination of the order.
  • Free standard shipping is available orders over £100.

6. Customs and Import Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Variety London is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
