Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:

 

Exchanges Only

  • We accept exchanges only. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • We’ll send you a return authorisation (RA) and detailed instructions.
  • Pack the item securely with all original packaging, include the RA, and ship back using a trackable method.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Important:

  • We are unable to process refunds or accept returns outside of exchange requests.
  • For international orders, all customs, duties, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refusing or not collecting your parcel to avoid customs/duties does not qualify you for a refund.
  • If a shipment is returned because of refusal or non-collection, you may request an exchange but must pay all related fees within 7 days.
  • We only process exchanges for items in perfect condition. Items that are used or tampered with cannot be exchanged.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
  • We will verify the issue, and if confirmed, we will arrange an exchange or a refund (if applicable).
